legendaries are not seen
legendaries are seen and caught (but that is the only one//only one entie, only one mew E.C.T.)

I'm not a huge freak on legendaries, but when websites let you catch all of them and more than just one of the same one, people (normaly noobs) will always only use like, all suicune's or all mewtwo's. And if we can't catch legendaries, can we at least battle them or make them a big deal in the game?

As Amphy said, this has been talked about extensively. Legendaries will not be caught in PU. However, they will still see use.
