maybe, for some of the pokemon that you will be changing the stats for like tauros should be delayed since pokemon like tauros will be getting a new evolution and the "3rd evolution" or "3rd stage" (forgot exactly) might evolve 2nd stage suckies like butterfree to a decient pokemon. so....you can wait on stat balancing until more news on pokemon black and white

since it comes out september 18 and PU is dated this year, you'll have plenty of time to...

1. If Tauros even gets an evolution, his BST will not change. The evolutions will.

2. Tauros is not confirmed to get a new evolution.

3. Don't believe every rumor you hear.

4. Common sense overrules and says we were already planning on doing this. I've already made arrangements for only starters and the most basic of Pokemon to get Talent Trees and revamps first.
