I encourage you to help us out, as you appear to have talent, but weirddemon is right, we do see a lot of potentials that never make it. the age requirement isn't there because of any specific legal reason or anything, it's to help weed out immaturity, and the like; if you can prove that you have the skills we need, and join us on irc, as well as show us that you are not just here for two days before getting bored and leaving, I would be more than happy to work with you.
