There is a Luvdisc evolution already.
You might just get a Mawile evolution too if you're lucky. But considering what Mawile is based on, I would say that you shouldn't count on it.

Mind you, it may be something like, "Only evolves into ____ from Mawile while in the region of Issu" or something along the line.
