pretty self-explanitory.
1. you must rate the random subject the last person has posted
2. the rating scale is 0.1(loathe it) to 10(love it)
3. you must wait 5 posts before posting the same thing again
4. no arguments
5. nothing "grown" (dirty)
6. decimals are acceptable
7. if you dont know what or who it is put a
in your rate place and post your subject
