Best second type to first type in your oppinion

this has been bothering me for awhile. Why has the game producers and the anime never made a one/two type weakness for ALL primary types to secondary types?    Anyhow, this would be the best combo to first types

normal-ghost
fire-ground
water-dragon
electric-bug
grass-steel
ice-dragon (it wont go lower than 4 weaknesses)
fighting-dark
poison-dark
ground-water
flying-steel
psychic-dark
bug-steel
rock-steel (it wont go lower than 3 weaknesses)

Dragon-water
dark-ghost
steel-Flying

the question was why didnt every first type had a secondary type to lower or change the disadvantages of that pokemon. And as stated in my last sentence of the first post, I knew already that majority of these combos were already applies to some pokemon. i was wondering why the creators of the pokemon series, both anime and generation, have not created the type combos that are best for the first type.

And the reason that I switched some types is because when I create my one type teams i look at the first type. It dosent matter to me what the second type is. So in my case, some of the combos you say I already made are not made yet.

Because they game creators aren't making pokemon for the sake of how good they'd be competitively. They're just making them to make them and keep people happy. The majority of players don't care if so-and-so has a certain amount of weaknesses or anything.

I agree with Johnny (even tho his name reminds me of The Shining O_O)  When pokemon games were first created, pokemon were evenly balanced for most part, nowadays with 450+ pokemon, you know that developers arent doing as good a job with balance as before, they just make more to please customers.
