There will be all pokemon but legendarys (catchable anyway).

Well, I don't like both. All pokemon, you can catch at the beginning, are weak.

Another thing, how about Shining Pokemon?

I believe its region based. But I'm not entirely sure because I remember in the old website, PU team was askin for town names(or maybe region) It could be region based and in the new places have a set of pokemon you can catch. I'd like if it was random. Makes people work to find where there pokemon is located instead of knowin where it is already.

There will be no shiny Pokémon (in the first few versions).

We will use Pokémon from all generations. (as can be read HERE)
