I recieved a warning for... ???

I'm more confused that a magikarp using splash! I don't know where to ask about this, but since this is help section I thought it might go good here. 

I recieved a warning for NOT posting a picture in the picture forum, *Puts confused cap on* Is this a joke warning or something? Cause I don't get it! What "Picture Forum?" Also, why would a mod want me to post my picture on a picture forum? I hope He/She isen't a SharPEDO. Cause I would run for the high hills if that was the case.  So please help me, or if you gave me the warning be a little bit more clear!

Very simple. The main rule of the picture thread is: Every post must contain a picture. IF you post without, you get a warning. simple.

Oh I see, *W00T for getting paranoid*    Thanks for that! Wait a sec... The people on my Cutie Clan forum should get warnings cause I specifically said to them NOT to post gross stuff and them little rotters go and put a gif of someones head exploding with blood everywhere.
