Please can someone explain what happened? 'Cause I'm really confused >.< I got banned It said permantaly. But then... Now I'm aloud back on... ???

 Maybe they accidentally permanently banned you. Or maybe they were just messing with you. Or, you did something against the rules, so they banned you, but decided to unban you.

It was some technical issues that let to the ban. (you were not the only one), however this should now be fixed.
