 I was serious. You can just start with splicing and recoloring, and simpler stuff like that. That's pretty good Mr Rex. On the right side of Charizard's stomach, there's a few black pixels that shouldn't be there.

 Look at the squirtle and pikachu splice he did on the first page. And you can just you paint.

 Go to Tinypic.com. Upload the picture. You'll see four codes. Copy the second one and paste it in your post.

 Go into paint. Paste the image, and then zoom in all the way. Use the selector thing and make a box around the whole sprite. Then right click and click crop. Everything outside of the box will be gone. Then upload it to Tinypic again and copy and paste the second image code in your next post.

thanks i was gonna color it as a slakoth but i didn't want to mess what i had up

You need to change the colors to match either Espeon or Shellos. It looks weird with the sudden change in colors. You could also make it a different Pokemon's colors. Also, you may want to smooth up the edges by adding/deleting pixels.
