Example Set
Old But Good @ Leftovers
248 HP / 216 Def / 44 SpD
Damp/Torrent, Relaxed
~ Surf / Scald
~ Earthquake
~ Ice Beam
~ Roar / Protect

Explanation of Set
Pretty much by the book Swampert. This guy is defensively great - and with EQ, Ice Beam and Surf, he can hit everything pretty damn hard. Just switch him in on a non-grass attack, and watch how things turn out.
The main difference generation V brings to this set is Scald - which can be be used over Surf for less power, but it has a chance to burn - thwarting physical attackers.

Example Set 2
Subpunch? @ Leftovers
252 HP, 76 Atk, 180 Def
Damp, Impish
~ Substitute
~ Focus Punch
~ Ice Punch
~ Earthquake

Explanation of Set
This one's a lot of fun. Switch in on a resisted move from a Poke you can wall all day with your defensive investment, forcing them to switch out. Set up your Sub, and just wail away with whatever you can. If your sub is going to go down, make another.
