Explanation of Set
This set is like the previous one, except you only lose a quarter of health when using Belly Pound.
It assumes that your opponent will hit you as you Pound, taking you to the Salac Boost.
This set is a little more reliable than the other, but, only gets 4 stages of increase.

Explanation of Set
This set has no risk - well, aside from using Linoone and taking a turn to set up, but even saves you a whole heap of Speed EVs and lets you take some bulk for your trouble.
A +2 Linoone with 56 Speed EVs reaches 500 Speed, just more than a +1 Garchomp. This should be satisfactory more often than not.
If you want to invest more though, you can outspeed +2 Gyarados and Blaziken with 104 EVs and a Jolly Nature. Food for thought.
