Actually, it would be powered by the sun. Note how i said Solar powered.

Yeh that one, maybe if you had it in your party you would get a small speed boost or something whilest using the car?

About FLY, might be a nice idea you can only fly between big city's so you still have to walk to reach certain towns and city's.
