My weird and maybe helpful Idea

I've been thinking about something. What if there were special pokemon that roam around the whole map, like say a red Pichu, or a purple Pidgey. They will spawn at some time like at holidays, or stuff like that.

Im good at making different colors for the Pokemon, i have even created a orange Pikachu.

Recolors aren't very impressive. Anyone can do them.  As for your idea the team has already stated again and again and again that they will not make any special pokemon with different colors.

I don't like the idea of the kind of event, shiny's should be rare.

But I do like the idea of different types of shiny's

Like this:

1 on the 10000 wild pokemon is shiny
2 of 100000 are red
2 are blue
2 are green
2 are yellow
1 is gold
1 is silver

You have shiny's which are rare and you have the common shiny (normal rare like blue, purple, green and yellow) and the extreme rare shiny's (gold and silver).
