Example Set
Lead @ Choice Specs
252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 HP
Technician, Timid
- Switcheroo
- Hypnosis
- Charge Beam
- Swift

Explanation of Set
The amazing cat Persian - start them off with any move. If you think you can KO with Swift/Charge Beam, go for that. If the opponent is Physically based, chuck them some Specs. If you just need them out of the way, give them a Hypnosis.
Once you get rid of your Specs, Persian can really shine. Charge Beam now gives an increase to Special Attack every time - and so, if you can get a couple of those off - you'll be in a position to sweep with Swift.
Just watch out for faster leads.
