You are right that Legendaries are doing this. I've been seeing them in my dreams for some reason, they were fighting.

I lay down and fell asleep: Dialga starts crying again and I can hear him perfectly: People are messing with our minds. One of them said to me when I came down to Earth to help, they said that Palkia was going to try to take over my Dimension. Only Arceus and I know that's not true. Now boy wake up!!!
I woke up and started shivering.
Sorry but I can't battle. I don't really like it, so I've been training my pokemon a different way. That's why I need to get to the north.

Rai- all my pokemon are scattered across the land, but they are really powerful, such as my Gardevior. The reason why my currently grovyle is not the Top Sceptile now is because of all of the disortions. Had he'd been not my starter, I would havve met  you all with no pokemon also no proof of my Title.

i held my arms out to everyone so they could hold on to go to the shadow dimension.

I put Ralts in her pokeball, then I grab on to the guys arm.

I had everyones hold so we then all teleported to the shadow dimension. It looked like black paint getting dripped into a glass of water, i then saw Yume's chimchar looking like it was struggled by a shadow-like hand.
