Hank:

You find yourself in a beautiful, sandy beach. Up ahead near the edge of the ocean a woman is standing. You can choose to approach her and begin the quest, or ignore her. Upon going near the woman she notices you:

"What brings you here. Young one?"
1."Traveling"
2."Training"
3."Nothing." She does not say another word and you leave her there.

All except the third option get a follow-up question:

"How many badges do you have?"

"Lots!"
The response to this is: "Then you will be great for this, I totally need a Pokémon.

"I don't have a badge.""
The response to this is "What a let down!" And you leave

If you picked 'Lots' Bravo! Note: You do not need any badges, nor a lot (5-8) to do this mission.

She instructs you rather specifically  "Okay so like..I want to beat my brother in this Pokémon catching competition. So like I need a Pokémon. If you do this for me I'll give you part of the money he is going to pay up! I want you to catch me a Zubat, Level twenty-two!  "

You- agree to this and she goes further.
You- walk away not feeling in the mood to do this.

After you get the Pokémon at the specified level she thanks you "Thank you! Now I can get on my way and catch some of my own Pokemon. I'll see you in the middle of town later!"

Rest assured this is only part one of the quest. You receive no reward.

Agreeing with this moves on with the quest.

Jerry:
Hm.. so that was the part 1, I though it was the previous one XD

Anyway, you could have combined the two into a single post... together yes, that'd be better I think.

I thought so too. But I was in a rush hahaha.

Crazy Prophet:
Just a nitpick concerning the dialog...

How old is this lady? Seems like in her 50s or 60s by the use of 'young one' and the slightly stalkerish question, but the fact she's out and about having this little competion with her brother seems odd. May I suggest changing the two first questions into one extended question, such as:
"Oh, why hello there, trainer! Am I glad to see you! You look like you can handle yourself well...mind doing me a favour?"
Everthing else is fine in my opinion, including everything in part 2. Just seems a little patronisng toward the player, especially if they are playing as a middle-aged man.

crozza159:
Yeah, reading through it, it at the start seems like an older woman, and then she goes into saying, like, totally umm, like. In a manner that seems to be like one of those stuck up girls.
It's decent now, needs more information and the finishing part. But consistency is a must, how old is this woman? 50 or 15? Posh or stuck up?
