The girl is onto her twentys. The boy is on teens. I was assuming everyone starts at a certain age like ten or something, but I guess I can change a few things.

....I don't understand if you are trying to troll me or not. How is catching a level 22 Zubat going to cause ages of catching? We are talking about a friggen Zubat here!

Well one person could be unfortunate to keep finding level 21 or lower zubats.

Someone else could be unfortunate enough to have one of the gym leaders crit all of their Pokemon to death, every time they try to battle.

Gotta look at probability.

Wire:
Just make it any level for the zubat to catch.
