Explanation of Set
So, you may look at Excadrill, his nerfed Sand Rush - and heavily nerfed attack and say "WHAT? HE'S USELESS NOW!" but... he's far from it. He still has 110 Base HP with a Steel typing, allowing him to take resisted hits with ease - and he still has a lovely Attack stat and Swords Dance to compliment it. Throw in that he can speed up in weather, and you'll be hard pressed to find a better attacker.
Force a switch, Sub up, Swords Dance, and sweep like a beast.
