Explanation of Set
This guy packs some real punches. For example, his Frost Breath has 180 base Power including STAB - and cuts through defensive boosts no problems. Storm Throw has 120 and is of the best wallbreaking type in the game. Grass Knot annihilates Quagsire and Swampert - while dealing hefty chunks to Golem and other Rock types.
Taunt is there for the Pokemon like Weezing who may take more than one hit - and will need to be prevented from healing.
You can use Toxic for status spreading if needed.
