There was a large flash, then it was gone. I wished I had been able to catch that Darkrai, it would have brought in quite a some of money. I turned my attention back to the lab. The local police knew me well here, so I couldn't just walk in and take the eggs, but I knew some one who could. I sent out Zoroark, who was still asleep. I dropped my bag on the ground and started looking for something to wake him up. I couldn't believe my luck when I found my last Awakening. I used it and he woke up ready for a fight.

-Don't worry he is gone, but I need your help...

We made it back to the ship. I flew in and placed Manaphy by his pond (pool).

I need to get some rest, that took a lot out of me.

Never has a human caused so much damage to me. I used to be able to take on hundreds with no problem, and a fool who thinks he is some kind of ninja weakens me.

I need to find a pokemon to heal me, or I will never make it here if that man is around.

I couldn't fall asleep, so I meditated, I had to get my power back under control.

Sarah and I both heard the pokemon talk. I was a little frightened by it, but it didn't even phase Sarah.

-It's okay. I won't hurt you.

She puts her hand on the pokemon's head, trying to make it feel safe.

-Sarah...

I was worried for her, but she seemed to know what she was doing.

Latias looks at the girl then feels her hand on her head, she started to feel something other than evil coming from humans, she started to feel care and warmth from the girl, which made her feel good and relax, putting her head on the girl's lap gently

Sarah smiled as she saw the pokemon's acceptance. I stood there, amazed at her ability to befriend pokemon at simply the lifting of her hand. She had something special. I couldn't tell what it was, but it'd really help on her path to becoming a trainer.

Suddenly, I felt my PokeNav vibrate. It was probably Professor Oak calling about this pokemon. I walked away slowly so I could answer the call.

-Hello?

-I just got your message. That was a lucky find! You just saw a Latias, and a shiny one at that!

-Yeah, it looked like it was in pain though.

-Hmmm...well, it's a shame we won't be able to help it then...

-Why not?

-Well it left, didn't it?

-Umm...No. It's with Sarah right now, resting.

-IT'S WHAT?!?!

-Calm down! We'll take care of it!

-You don't understand! If I can get over to where you are, I might be able to help it! Where are you?

-An opening at the top of Mt. Moon.

-I'll be there momentarily.

-Wait, by what transport?!

No answer. He had hung up already. All I could hope is it was by car, because Latias would be to startled by his helicopter.

-So. What's wrong?

She looked at the pokemon, looking sorry for it in it's condition.

A guy in a white jacket came out of the lab and walked past where I was hiding.

-Hey! Over here!

-Huh, yea....

I cracked him over the head with my fist and dragged his body out of sight.

-Think you can make a believable Illusion of this guy?

-Zoro!

-I don't think you are stupid, I just don't want any errors. Get going.

Zoroark's figure lost its shape and then turned into the guy I had here. He took off towards the lab with the bag and the pokeballs needed to get the eggs out...

I trained my pokemon a little and got them rested in the past hour, then I went back into the gym.

So, is it my turn now?

Latias covers her head on Sarah's lap, scared as she hears the scream from the pokenav, shivering

"pleasse dont hurt me... pleasse....no more experiments..."

says to both of them

The two of us were trying to make her feel as safe as possible around us, but she was really timid. This was going to be difficult, especially when Professor Oak gets here.

I snapped out of my meditation. I was still sore, but nothing to worry about. I went over to a room I neglected for so long, the room where I train.

I must get stronger. That man is somewhere in this region, and I can't hide like a scared Ratatta.

I went in and made some subs. I began to fight them, since they did have the same strength as me, just less health. I wasn't going to stop until I couldn't move.

[Mr. Fox]

Zoroark walked out of the Lab and headed towards my direction, then some other researcher walked up to him and patted him on the shoulder. Zoroark jumped and his illusion broke. The researcher jumped himself and reached for his cell phone. I sent out Whimscott and told it to use Stun Spore, and before he knew it he was on the ground twitching like a fish out of water. I took the bag from Zoroark and recalled both of my pokemon. I sent out Salamence and jumped on. I pulled out my cell and hit redial...

-That's probably him now.

He picks up the phone.

-Am I to suspect that you have the eggs?

I was looking in the bag at the eggs. They didn't look rare at all, they looked very common.

-Both of them, where do you want to meet?

[Aquashin]

-It's okay, he's gone.

-But what do you mean by more experiments?

She shivers as she starts to remenber what they used to do to her, she looks at them with her eyes half open

"since i was born... i have been in a facility being used as a labrat for experiments... being forced to battle strong pokemon...getting beaten up...forced to learn my attacks... everyday..."

she leans her head forward to Sarah's lap, afraid as she remenbers it

I remember yesterday, the smoke cloud that had risen up from that building, and the black figure flying away from the scene.

-Well, don't worry! You'll be safe with us! My brother's the best battler ever!

-Hey, don't try to over-sell me!

I could hear a flapping sound and an engine. It was Professor Oak's helicopter. Unfortunately, he had chosen the most undesirable mode of transportation.

I walk up to Sarah and Latias.

-Oak's helicopter is coming.

-Okay.

She turns back to Latias.

-Listen. Someone's coming in something called a helicopter. It's big and loud, but don't be afraid of it. Someone riding it is coming to help you.

She smiled down at Latias.

-So no being scared. Alright?

Latias nods slowly and as she hears it, she starts shivering with her head on Sarah's lap, she couldnt help being scared as she hears the loud noise
