Yes, but you are only supposed to start after the RP creator has started, plus, you need to be within the Kanto and Johto regions. Read all the rules before you start, it gets rid of confusion.

its still Darkstar who starts it, you cant just put a profile, and start right away... you have to wait for Darkstar to start it.

Might be because if you read the rules carefully enough, you'd see that you can't post on the RP until it starts.

I don't want to be rude, but you need to wait until the RP is started before posting in it.

Edit: Just to clarify, I mean the Rules on the Roleplay corner page. The one that says "Read this before starting to RP", please read it.

I told my friend about this, and he said someone should play as mewtwo, since it is the pokemon version of frieza.
