My Gallade in Pokemon Online
Gallade
Ability: Steadfast
Hold Item: Focus Sash
Nature: Jolly (+Spe,-SpA)
-Drain Punch
-Psycho Cut
-Ice Punch
-Swords Dance
The focus sash lets Gallade to use SD without worrying being OHKO-ed, DP is the most useful move once SD has been activated. And IP is VERY useful to surprise enemy's flying or even dragon type Pokemon.
A nice sweeper unless it meets a ghost-type pokemon (-__-")

or a faster pokemon/priority move, which is really common nowadays...

I have a pretty nice anti-ghost Gallade that does pretty well in standard too.

Since Gallade doesn't have to worry much about getting OHKO'd with his acceptable bulk, you just need to set up and sweep. Jolly over adamant nature to outspeed some potential checks and to be able to outspeed oposing Gallade. The Lum Berry is there becuse I use this to counter ghost types, many of which will carry WoW.

Seriously, I never knew that. I'm so shocked! Your intelligence in the game of pokemon is astounding!

Oh, and for those who don't know pokemon. A normal gem is pointless without a normal attack. If you use quick attack, it will boost one quick attack. It will not make SD more effective. And it's prolly not the best item for Sceptile. Since you have SD. For this set the best item listed is the focus sash.
