Someone joins the forum that's just like Chibi, but it turns out they were actually an evil mastermind trying to steal all of chibi's friends, and is actually a psychotic dude that was just pretending to be like chibi.. (Deccers = Declan?) Someone exists, somehwere in the world, just like Declan, but you never meet him.
