1. Yes, check http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Legendary_Pokemon if you need more clarification.

2. If you're playing on the balance server, then there is no problem. Excadrill is considered balanced, and that's all that matters.

In PO, above the list of player names you will see an arrow pointing left and right. Click on the right arrow button till you see "Channels" Click it and you will see all the available channels you can join. Double click on "Elemental-Elites"

Pretty sure he made it and yes I think you have to jailbreak to use it.

Yeah I had to jailbreak my phone. The app doesn't really work because of the difference in coding between PO and everything Apple...but at least I can chat! I'm on my laptop now though so I can battle as well
