These aren't bad!

My personal favorite:

Although I'm a bit concerned with your proximity to the tiger :D.

Haha! Was it a wild tiger? Or where was it?

I'd love to see some more photos by the way.

I personally like these pictures, but they won't get accepted. Sadly, wildlife mag isn't looking for average photographers. To be honest, I used to take pictures for my dog showing group (4-H). I always took pictures of Shetland sheepdogs, and would win 1st place all the time for dog showing camp and AKC (American Kennel Club) Massachusetts presentations . Yours are OK at best. Not only is there reflection showing in some of your pictures, the lighting was... not too good, which is not your fault, but it makes your pictures look bad. I'm going to look for some of my older pictures that won first place, so you'll see what I'm talking about.

Again, I'm not trying to insult you, I'm just saying there are a lot of people better than you at nature photography.

=EDIT=
Just put up the pictures on my profile. I'm not sure what you think of them, but professionals said they were good.

Wait you are hoping to get pictures you took from a zoo, into a wildlife magazine? Do you understand the concept of WILDlife?

However the ones of nature aint half bad.

You're pictures are not bad.
First thing though, you need to crop your pictures of the animals. Most good photographs don't center their subjects, so you crop yours after you take them. Cut out some of the useless background for example.

Second, if you waited so long for the tiger to stay still... shouldn't you have more than 2 photos of it? If not, you should show all the pics since you just started.

Also, lens flare is almost always bad. You could buy a lens hood or make one(google home made lens hood) and test it out. Make sure to get one that's right for your lens and camera though.

Getting photoshop will make your day.

Besides, wildlife doesn't want pictures of animals in zoos. Anyone could get that. There are people out there who actually go to Africa just to get some pictures of Tigers and Hippos.
