Maybe he meant like a stadium, if he meant for EVERY town than that can be like basketball field

Exactly  :)  BTW ive got a level 100 igglybuff with fire blast, charm, focus blast and bounce they're so cute

Battling will probably be possible anywhere aside from inside buildings (unless there's some battle field or something) and as it is, you will only be able to challenge trainers close to your trainer level, so expect already some good competition, wherever you are, irrespective of the place (if battles are allowed). Is there really a place for training in a pokemon game? I don't think so.

Thanks but ive tried pokemon online and i hated it i mean all lvl 100's is friggin stupid. >:(
