I know I watched the anime but my smaller brother wanted to know if Jesse and James will be in this game?

Most probably not. I haven't heard anything which would hint otherwise.

Mr_Dark:
No. In the anime Jessie and James are somewhere around their 30s. Since our game is playing about 100 years after the last pokemon game they would be +/- 130years old.

... 100 years wow I never knew that.

Why would they be in this game when they weren't in any of the others? xD
