i think that if you could make a guild in the game it would be really cool but you would have to ether gather enough money or get to a certain level

Hasn't this been discussed? Like 5 times now?

Guilds will 'exist', but I think there won't be any kind of 'official guild set up' until the game is released and they have time to work on other minor aspects.

This has been discussed over and over again. Please use the search bar, it will save you a lot of time, and answer your questions. Plus, the guild threads should have been an obvious hint.
