[Quest] The notorious bike thief

One of the police officers gives you info on a bike thief that has been on eluding justice for several months. You know of this thief because he stole your first bike when you were younger. A reward awaits anyone who apprehends him/her. So begins the quest. The thief changes locations rapidly, somewhat like certain legendary Pokemon. When the player finally finds the thief, a battle occurs. The thief has extremely strong stolen Pokemon that take time to take out. In the duration of the battle, the Miyrus police force has enough time to respond. When the player beats the thief, the police arrest him/her and gives the player his/her reward of $1,000 or a rare item/Pokemon of some sort.
The reward depends on how long the player took to find and battle the thief. :)

Tickles:
This quest seems too easy, and not so thought out. The reward is a bit of a stretch for this. Not to mention there is no depth in this, just a simple explanation, that's it. I give it a 4 for originality, but it leaves more to be desired.

lubbies:
The reward is a bit too much and there's no indication of where the quest will start and who gives it to you plus a bike thief wouldn't be a master and I could just leave the quest for a few days and i'd be racking in like 50,000$. those are my cents
