@Lubbies: The hood looks a lot better! looks good. not much to add anymore i guess, maybe a gadget.

@Genbor: loving it! the Net looks really good and the afro haircut too. curious about what that eye patch is about though?

Well that eye patch is actually supposed to be an adjustable microscope, which you can wear on one eye, so you can see smaller bugs as well, etc.

Well here's mine for now:

Bug Catcher Sprite Attempt

PS: the orange "wire" is intended, i't will make more sense on the backsprite (I hope).

I knew someone would come through for me and do a bug trainer :D

Nobody has done a Normal type, woulda thought that'd be easy to portrait. If i had the means, i'd try for maybe Steel or Dark for pixel art

Actually what is a normal trainer, that one was devoid of all imagination and detail that sure it would look like a normal trainer but that's a bit boring. I couldn't think of one thing to make a normal trainer   :P

i would think that a Normal type trainer would be wearing something that screams Pokemon, or is like Cosplay of a normal type Pokemon. i.e. a person wearing a Teddiursa inspired set of clothes. like bear ear headband, furry gloves etc.

Just my idea of Normal type

Sure there's the whole poke fan thing but that's a bit unoriginal, plus putting it in a Teddiursa outfit does not always mean that that person will use normal but I see your point.

I agree, a normal trainer is just too normal. I don't think any particular outfit would say "NORMAL TRAINER" in capital letters, since it just doesn't really have a specific trait.

Normal trainer... HEARTS!! SAGWEKNIWIEHNVKAS! Nah, just kidding. Maybe some kind of Safari guy since most Normal types tend to be wildlife.

Claiming that someone else's marriage is against your religion is like being angry at someone for eating a doughnut because you're on a diet.

Not trying to lead the ones that don't have a submission into this direction, but a dark type trainer that doesn't look emo or goth would be impressive.

I'd probably go for a Rock/ground type trainer with desert proof outfit. with like goggles and a trench coat with a high collar against the sand storms.
