has there been a discussuion of evee if not my thoughts are each player should be able to recive an evee in the game.

Did you not see that every non-legendary Pokemon will be catchable? Receiving an Eevee just because it's an Eevee just doesn't make sense...

Oh and you didn't spell Eevee's name right.
