I was listening to the whole thing, this "dark wizard" sounds interesting.

Dark Wizard huh? Count me in! I want my first mission to be interesting!

No.

Well, it depends, are you a fire wizard?

... No. I use water magic.

Hmmmm... what kind of water magic?

My water cannonball, that's it.

Ehhhh?!

He shifted his attention to the rest of the group.

First of all, the guy in the wanted poster is supposed to be pretty powerful. He uses a forbidden magic that allows him to manipulate shadows. I cant beleive I'm saying this, but I might actualy need- His eye changed from serious looking to sick. A fire wizards help.

(whew sorry haven't been on all day lol )

Milo was confused because the group grew very fast and everyone was talking and there was the fighting in the background, etc. But he managed to take in what everyone had said and after the last person to talk had asked if anyone wanted to help on his mission he answered with a bit of a tone change in his voice:

Milo: Well, I would help you, but I think I need to just get to know this place first and have a look around at least before I take any jobs or whatever. But if you need help tomorrow i'll be willing to help. As for showing me around, I don't know who's gonna do that.

Artemis listened quietly to the conversation that was occuring. Ayara was zoning out behind her, watching the fight.
Sister, pay attention. People are introducing themselves.
Ayara looked away from the fight, bringing her attention back to the discussion. She noticed that Shadonit had joined the conversation.
Huh? So what? You know I don't care if people know my name or not.
They're discussing jobs...
Ayara looked at her sister.
We completed a well-paying job at the beginning of this week. We're set for a while. We don't need to go tagging along with a ton of people, just to deal with some nasty little dark wizard.
Artemis sighs, narrowing her eyebrows at her sister.
So you WERE listening...
You're really stubborn, sister.
I just don't like those supposedly "nice" people. They have a tendency to be acting.
...You also don't like doctors, bakers, or butchers...
Oh, shut it. Go back to playing goody two-shoes with the new guys.
Artemis pouted, then turned back to the others just as Shadoni flatly refused Kai's offer to help.

Artemis turned to Shadoni, unfazed by the bandages on his face.
Come on, Shadoni. Kai here's new, as you've probably realized. It would be a good experience for him to see how Fairy Tail wizards operate. Also, since...
Ayara crossed her arms, shifting all her weight to her right foot, with her right eye closed. She jerked her head towards the still-going brawl.
The "Strongest Team" isn't exactly setting a good example. Not that they ever do.
Artemis smiled.
'Course, that's part of what makes us Fairy Tail!
Please, don't start being energetic...One Siren is enough...
Artemis stuck her tongue out at Ayara, grinning, then turned back to the others.
Anyway, Shadoni, technically what you need isn't fire, but light. There are plenty of ways to do that. You just have to be imaginative.
Not that you can do that with your lyre.
I'm sure I could if I needed to.
Whatever.
Do I need to put you to sleep?
Like you could.
Wanna bet? I do it all the time.
Yeah. At night. When I'm already trying to fall asleep.
Oh ho. Sounds to me like you're just making excuses.
You can be really annoying sometimes, you know that?
Artemis leaned forward, hands behind her back, smiling at Ayara.
Oh, come on. Don't be like that. You know you dote on me. <3 (Which is true. Compared to other people, Ayara dotes on Artemis.)
Ayara opened her right eye, glancing sideways at her sister.
Don't try that on me. You know it doesn't work.
Artemis straightened, still smiling, and shrugged.
Oh well. Doesn't hurt to try.
Ayara rolled her eyes.
Artemis looked up as the new guy, Milo, spoke again.
As for showing me around, I don't know who's gonna do that.
Artemis smiled, and Ayara straightened, looking alarmed.
Artemis. I swear, if you volunteer us for someth-
Well, if everyone else is busy, we'd be happy to show you around!

Ayara sighs, shoulders falling.
I knew you were gonna do that...You always do that...
Artemis grinned.
Yup!

efialtes took his part of the money(yes it has been that long since I posted, I never did post after that :|), and walks around, he finds a place that his THINKS is safe and starts practicing his runes.

So far its all going well...

Suddenly things come flying at him, 2 wizards were fighting, and one of them kept dodging thrown things, he see's a chair coming at him and goes to make a barrier but messes up. he gets hit and goes flying into the wall.

Why is it I am the peaceful one, yet I get hurt?

he goes to a corner and draws the barrier spell, right this time and starts sitting there until he can A. find a safe place. or B. it blows over.

(say if I need to change anything ._.)

While Milo was talking two other girls had walked up and said something to the guy with bandages on his face. After he had finished one of the girls had suggested that they could show him around, so he gladly took the offer. He said bye to everyone else he had just met and walked over to the girl who had offered the tour and asked:

Milo: So where are we off to first?

Milo walked over to the twins, facing Artemis.
So where are we off to first?
Ayara, standing behind her sister, sighed.
I can't believe you volunteered us to show a new guy around...AGAIN...
Artemis, ignoring her sister, replied to Milo.
Well, to start, I'll explain a little about where we are now. This is the main hall of the guild. The lowered area with tables can be used for eating, socializing, planning-pretty much anything you need. And Mirajane holds concerts on the stage over there.
Artemis motions towards the stage. She elbows Ayara.
Fine, fine, I'll help... Okay. So the bar is down in the lowered section of the hall, to the right. Mirajane's normally there. The place serves non-alcoholic drinks too, for those of us who are minors. The most important thing, though, is the request board. That's directly to the right of this entrance.
Ayara points towards the request board.
If you want to take a request, just take the paper off the board and go tell Mirajane.
Artemis starts walking down the steps and into the lowered section, ignoring the fight currently taking place.
C'mon, and we'll show you where the other stuff is.
Ayara waits for Milo to follow Artemis.

"AYE!!!!" "Don't forget the mark!"

Showing my Fairy Tail symbol on my left hand...

"Hehe and you can never have too much of me by the way!!!"
"Hey Shadoni if you need a fire mage..."

A small flame bursts into my hand....

"Obviously I am one..." "I might be a rank D but I do have rather strong spells."
"My only downside is I can't use the inferno spell many times yet...About 3 or 4 times is my max."
"My other spells are different though they don't use near the energy hehe!"

Milo listened to Artemis and Ayara, they explained the room they were in right now. Then they began to walk toward the lowered section waiting for her to begin showing him more stuff....

Dont get me wrong. I would let you come if it were any other mission, but this is a dark wizard we're talking about. Dark wizards are discraseful and do anything to win. They can end up using your weakness against you and use you as a sheild.

Aaaaand you thought this all through for how long?

It's not rocket sience, I've seen a dark wizard in action once. Buuuut if you insist I'll let you come.

Kai thought for a minute. Though I know only one spell, I'm not a pushover, I can handle myself you know!

Shadoni thought for a moment and walked to the front door.

If anyone wants to come, meet me in front of the church in an hour. I'll only let up to three people come with me, that way we can divide the prise evenly without making it too small... Afterall I got my rent to think about.

I'll be there!

Jumping on Shadoni's back...

"Don't ignore me you jerk! Just cuz I am tiny doesn't mean I am weak!"

Jumping off and heading out the door to where he was going to the church...

"I wonder if there is any magic shops nearby that might have a book on fire magic....I would love to learn a new spell.."

The fire wizard jumped on Shadoni's back, and the atmosphere seemed to get dencer.

She jumped off and ran for the church talking about a magic shop. Suddenly it hit Kai like Natsu's kick!

Wait a minute! Kai caught up to herSpells?! They sell those?!

"Well yea...Goodluck finding a good one though..."
"Either go look in shops or you could look at the Fairy Tails guilds library."
"They have a bunch of books on lots of different magic and such."

Gently smiling at him..

"I have been looking for a while and haven't found anything worth while..."
"That's how I learned Inferno is from studying in the Guilds Library."

Artemis heard Siren shouting from behind them. She looked over her shoulder, smiling.
Don't worry, Siren. We'll make sure he gets his mark. I figured we'd stop by the bar after the tour, so he has time to think about where to put his mark.
Ayara walked beside Milo.
...As the energetic little pyro just pointed out, while there's no application for joining Fairy Tail, you do need to get your "mark".
Artemis turned back around as Ayara said this, and indicated her left shoulder. Ayara motioned to her right. They kept walking as they spoke.
These "Mark"s are proof that you're a Fairy Tail wizard. You use them on missions to prove your identity.
But they also tell your enemies who you are.
So think about where you place it.
The twins kept walking along, headed towards the stairs to the right of the stage. As the fight was still going, they had to duck, dodge, weave, and sometimes smash objects that came out of nowhere. Or people.

Milo, after hearing about the marks and seeing both of the girls 'marks', he thought for a second on where he wanted it and quickly exclaimed as they walked:

Milo: I want it to be on my palm, is that ok?

I listened to Pyro talk about the library and the shops. I didn't know we even HAD a library.

Well, might as well check out the shop first, they might have something I can use.

Shadoni

I took my time getting to the church. I mean, I had an hour and the church is normaly a 40 minute walk.

Hmmm.... I'll need to think up a good stradegy for this one...
