Tylan looked at the girl like she was crazy.

I don't think they will follow us, but if it suits you Daylin will close it.

Daylin sighed, reminding Tylan he was still young when he said

Do I have to?

Tylan nodded, his answer leaving no room for arguement.

You are the only one strong enough to jump to the ledge and pull yourself out so you can cover the entrance.

Daylin cast his head to the ground before jumping to a height not possible by most, grabbing the ledge, and pulling himself out. He stood up and dusted off his jeans then said to the pople still running

Hurry up, we gotta go.

I looked at him a bit confused.

Well I was gonna close it, but if you insist...

I jumped down the hole.

I landed on my feet at the bottom. and got out of the way in case if someone else was about to jump.

Now we just have to see if Ayara and Artemis will make it...

Ayara twisted bak around to face forward as she heard the people in front stop running. The twins reached the hole just as Daylin pulled himself up.
"Hurry up, we gotta go."
Ayara slid to a stop, and with no visible sign or communication, waited while Artemis caught up and quickly dropped into he hole. She glanced back as footsteps and yells began to echo down he hall towards them.
Try running through THIS, idiots.
She whipped her hand around, and line of fire spread across the hallway behind her. She stumbled a little but quickly moved forward and jumped down the hole. Her knee buckled slightly as she landed. Artemis moved forward and took her hand, bringing her over and out of the way of the hole.
You did something stupid again, didn't you. You really shouldn't overdo things so much.
Ayara glanced at Artemis.
For your information, I bought us some time. It'll take a while for the fire to die down enough for them to pass through. By the time they can get here, we'll have covered the hole and be gone.

Daylin watched as the fire was spread and then a Demi-titan began to shoot water from his hands, extinguishing it. As the flames died Daylin grabbed the tile and slid down in the hole, the tile almost crushing his hands as he slid down. Daylin stood beside Daylin and listened as he said

I think we are good, but-

He was cut off as a roar split through the air, so loud it shook the walls of the maze and caused Daylin to trip as he lost his balance! Tylan was visibly unphased, but his heart felt like it was trying to rip open his chest! Daylin looked at the others as he stood up and said

This may take longer then expected.

The Demi-titans ran completely past Spectrome, thinking he was on there  side since he was a demi-monster.

"It won't hold forever if they know where the passage is."
"And we might as well get this over with what ever awaits us in here.."

I heard the roar and I was honestly a bit shocked.

What the hell was that?!

This was wrong- I dont remember any creatures being put in the mase. They must have added it just recently... that or the fact that i hardly ever come down here, and I didn't notice.

Well, let's move, whatever that was we dont want to be caught by it- or the demi-titans. Oh, and to answer your question... hardly anyone knows about it, so if we're lucky they'll give the passage a blind eye and think we ran further in the halls. It's been a while since i was down here, so they probably changed the path to the exit.

The twins looked up sharply as the roar echoed down the dim length of the passage.
"This may take longer then expected."
Ayara was still too surprised to make a withering reply. Both twins continued to listen as some of the others spoke.

Ayara peered down, trying to see into the dimness in front.
I'd rather not meet whatever the hell that thing is. We should get moving.
Artemis glanced around at the others.
I know now may not be the best of times, but perhaps as we move along we should do some basic introductions?  It may prove useful to be able to refer to each other by name, instead of "Hey, you" or other such phrases.
To show what she meant, Artemis began.
My name is Artemis. My sister and I are daughters of Apollo.
Ayara scowled.
Fine, intros. Make 'em fast. Name's Ayara.

Tylan sighed, must they do this now? He placed his hand in his pocket, fingering his relic for reassurance before saying

My name is Tylan, son of Boreas god of the north wind. I really don' think my power is that important, but as you've probably noticed I can harden my skin, much like armor.

He pointed at the wounds that had been inflicted on his arms, which although weren't fatal, were a nuisance. He looked at his brother, signaling for him to speak.

The name is Daylin, son of Ares. My power, as you have probably seen, is strength.

Then Tylan looked around impatiently.

We need to leave.

My names efialtes, son of cybele! as you have probably seen I can turn into different animals! my favorite is become a cat. because then I get to be a kitten!

efialtes, now a cat so he can see..kinda okay in the dark, he saw Ayara scowling.

It looks like everyone was doing introductions, might as well introduce myself.

My name is Vin Harron, and I am a demi-titan, son of Hyperion. I dont want to say the "sobby story" again, as Ayara put it, so i'll just breifly summarise why I'm fighting for the gods. I killed my freind, felt guilty over it, and then joined the gods hoping to repent for what I did.

I noticed how plainly that sounded, and sighed. This was starting to get old saying the same story again and again.

I honestly wouldent blame you if you didnt trust me. To be honest I dont trust myself either. But no matter what, I'll continue what my freind started.

Tylan nodded, the introductions were done. Another ear splitting roar shook the area and he sighed, they were probably going to have to fight whatever that was. He stood from the wall he was leaning against and waved for the others to follow, before starting to walk. Daylin just looked at his brother, before catching up to him.

Oceanus sat quietly in the throne given to him. He was the Titan left behind to keep an eye on Mt. Etna while the others were gone. He looked down and noticed a small guard cowering at his feet, seemingly begging for mercy!

What have you need of, mortal?

The guard stood and whispered something only caught by the keen ears of a Titan.

The prisoners have escaped and ran to the maze below grounds.

Oceanus bellowed in outrage, pointing his finger at the guard and turning him to stone, before kicking him over and causing him to shatter! He pointed to the nearest Demi-titan and bellowed

You, go check this out now, follow them into the maze!

Walking up behind Daylin and Tylin getting ready for what comes ahead.

"Yea you are right no matter what is in our path we must meet it head on.."
"If we are to get out of this place...There is only one way."
"And from the sounds of it. It is going to take all of our help on this..."

Clenching to my spear tightly preparing for what was coming to be.

"I can help with either defense or attacking if needed...I am very good at combat and this shield can take a good beating but won't last forever."

Whatever we face should be no problem as long as we stay together.

I started following them.

I'm good with both ranged and melee attacks, but I estimate I only have about 8 shots of my energy slash left... theoreticly.

I looked at them awkwardly.

Oh, I forgot to mention my attacks are limited didnt I?
