If they evolve at lvl 10- w/e level we are now obviously it should be allowed for them to evolve!!! In my eyes it is ok. most evolutions are between 10-20 range...deal with it.

I mean I want to, but there's something else that they haven't done yet, but has been sort of mentioned before. They have a sort of similar past that they never really talked about. Why don't we do that, first? Now seems like the perfect time. I can take Riolu out as well, as both part of the rivalry and to tell the story, as Riolu was there when everything happened.
