Time change has occurred. Everyone must report to the Dining Hall. After everyone gets there, the next event will start. Also, on another note, you cannot eat at the dining hall whenever you want. It is only for special occasions.

If you read my last post, that was because they didn't speak as Lucario had stood up for his own speech. You can control NPCs, but not ones that are members of the guild,
