Tylan is still agile enough to at least avoid Protan, and you can't really manipulate someone who has no thought pattern... Go with what you think is best.

Marshmellow, I feel the need to point out, if Tylan can even find the energy to use amplify, those kicks will be a challenge to block. Soul could still block them all since he is so weak, but they'd still be challenging.
