Affects of Pokemon in certain Environments.

Does anyone have any Idea on how the stats or powers of a certain skill can change in various environments? Also, maybe the chances of catching the Pokemon as well? If you have any ideas on building to or changing the environments affects please post.

yes this would be amzing like fire pokmon are stronger in fire yes? i think it be nice twist and make gym`s more intresting and make you think about what pokmon you take with you.
