GM Applications

Every MMORPG has a fleet of Game Masters, or GM's.  They are people who sit around in game watching the other players.  They give out warnings, kick players, mute players, or ban them when they are out of hand.  Not only that, but they help players who are stuck in a glitch, found a bug, found a way to abuse something, or are getting harassed.

I personally do NOT want to ever become one, but i have noticed that there is no thread about this.  I don't know how you plan on doing this, or if you already have a plan for this.  I just thought it would be a good thing to suggest if you haven't already developed something like this.

Most of the time, there are never open advertisements for open GM positions.
This is because every bad player and his little brother would looove to be a GM - while not having any idea of what they are expected to do, and not having the responsibility to do it.
This leads to lots of spam, when the team has no intention of hiring the kinds of people applying.

As such, when games require GMs, the team find members who have been extremely helpful to the game and have demonstrated responsibility, and invite them in private.

PU already do this with the pre-beta list.
