[GAME] name that pokemon!

I came up with a new game.  It's called "name that Pokemon"

The idea is to come up with at least 5 - 10 hints to what Pokemon you are thinking of.  Guess the Pokemon the person above you from their hints.  Then come up with your own hints for the next person to guess, and so on.  The Pokemon can be from the new to old, they may be legendary for all means.   

My Hints Are......
