Day-time and Night-time

Well...we all remember the silver,gold,crystal,...etc. Those games also included day and night time for obvious reasons as it is never sunny 24/7, nor is there any pokemon that is always awake in the day.
 
1) Adding day and night for more realistic feelings___going deeper into that topics making transition lighting so that it will look like a sunset or sunrise...etc.
 
2)Adding pokemon that come out specifically at night time so that it encourages players to play for longer periods of time.
 
3)Adding some special things like schedules in areas like a posting board of pokemon and the times that they spawn in that area..etc

Why does this keep coming up? It's like people want PU to give them free handouts so they can be lazy and junk. Guides of all sorts will come when players with no lives some free time decide to make them. :|
