city idea

first off not sure if this would be correct area to post this( mr_dark or other awesome person move to right place if im wrong)
secondly im not sure if this idea would be very original

ok here it is, now im sure many of us have played Pokemon Colosseum, those of whom haven't missed out anyway, since im sure there will be a desert based area in this game i figure why not ask or suggest this, finally my suggestion, I am suggesting we put a sprited/tiled version of Phenac City in the desert region/possible desert region, and in that city there is a Colosseum that could be used for tournaments for players with in the world of Pokemon universe, the arena could also possibly be used for Pokemon contests, if they were to be implemented into this game.  The city could also have the possibility of having one of the many gym leaders, also the city name could be New Phenac city.  I know this is a really far off type of suggestion but I think being the fact that some aspect

well the city looks pretty cool, but like you said yourself, it's not very original to just take it. and I'm sure PU is going for originality and different. Although Myrus is gonna be so big that i doubt taking a couple of already made things in pokemon like a city wouldn't be that huge of a deal.

I agree with both especially you phospho. The PU team is seeking originality but the idea isn't bad. So why not combine both? Make a city like phenac city, not entirely the same. Changes may include
*graphics
*people inside (npc)
*add things phenac city does not have for example maybe an area where you can catch rare pokemon (better yet pokemon only found in that area!!!)
*better prizes for tournament winners maybe include pokemon or something
*different quests in the city
*ok this just came into my mind. It would also be cool to add a teleporting station!! Yeah, i'll explain it. In the teleporting station, players can teleport to another city or an unexplored location (you/the owner/developers decide if your going to use this). Oh but here is the thing. You can add in a quest. Lets say the teleport station is not working because a gang/thieves stole a part (something that keeps the station from functioning). So, your quest is to find the thieves, battle with them if you win you get the part. You return with the stolen part, give it to the person you talked to in the station and once they put it back and its working again they allow you to teleport whenever you feel like it.

I know there is a lack of details in the last part i wrote that just came to my mind when i was responding to this so if the PU owner/developers are interested in that idea i can finish it (write the dialogs etc) or you guys can.
