If you guys can try edited the sprites and names right now to nonnintendo trademarks, ill help. because a pokemon MMO, completely free, was just shut down by nintendo, a few of you have heard of the many names, POLR, Pokeglobal, and just recently pokenet. keep the game mechanics of each individual pokemon, just throw a new sprite and name on them

Or host it in a country where copyright laws will let you use it as long as its free in all ways shapes and forms

Its still closed beta, testing phase, we will have our own sprites when the game is to be released.

you arent using their sprites but youre using their trademarks... i see you have someone in the netherlands, keep all your data and servers there and they cant do crap to you guys, as long as the games free that is

Hur, of course we're using new sprites, the old ones are too small for our purposes. If you wanna role play, then go under the Writing board.

Sephiroth:
Nintendo makes a habit out of shutting these sites down when they finally get to late Beta for using the pokemon name, even if you have pretty much everything else original content.
