Some of my favorite Pokemon are on your list, which is kind of funny.  (I love Golbat)


My least favorite:

Almost all the 4th gen. (apart from luxray, pretty cool having an new strong electric for a change) I hate Tangrowth, Magmortar, Electrivire, Togekiss ect. They are starting to look like random shapes and animals that have already been used before. HATE with a passion most of the electric types, they are really ugly (only like the pika, mareep and shinx families). Zubats and geodudes because of going in caves in most games, especially red/blue/yellow.

All legenderies after the 2nd gen. I dont like Buizel/Floatzel (putting a rubber ring around an animal dosent mean it can swim!!!!!!!!!!!)

I think the newer the pokemon the worse they get, i likw 99% of gen 1, 90% gen 2, 60% of gen 3, 10% (on a generous day) gen 4.

Aw! Come on that thing turns into a kik butt purple puppy! Try making a team of all purple pokemon! That is really fun. Granbull, Grumpig, Sableye, espeon, Nindoking, Cloyster

Any way after fifth gen its hard to keep track of all the horrible pokemon. I hate how remoraid evolves into octileray.

Shroomish may not be so hot but Breloom packs a huge punch in the first two elite four since all the the first trainers pokemon are weak to its fighting moves. It's leech seed pulled me through the final elite. I have to admit I didn't like the pokemon at first but it grew on me, now I think it's pretty cool. I thought leaf green and fire red's Elite four were harder than in previous versions. When I got to the final elite his pokemon were almost 20 lvls higher than mine!!

Heres my list

I like:

• Infernape: with Blaze you can do all when you think, the game is lost
• Ambipom: best fake out starter in UU battles
• Machamp: No Guard + Dynamicpunch pwnage
• Tentacruel: brilliant special wall and knows toxic spikes and rapid spin
• Skarmory: since it knows Roost, its the best staller, only Magnezone weakness
• Suicune: unknown, but one of the best water tanks aside from Vaporeon
• Gardevoir: not the best states, but lots of usefull attacks and a pretty usefull trait

I could list lots of pokemon here and explain....


There are no pokemon which I don't like. I can only list pokemon, who are not good in battles because of bad moves.

Pelipper: but in game, its good because it knows Surf, Waterfall, Fly etc...
Regigigas: the trait makes the pokemon die fast...
Tangela: there are better options...

only few pokemon i actually hate are tangula (and evo) and porygon(and evos) and other such ugly pokemon like vaporeon

oddly enough i like the newest generation (infernape is awesome and so is the other starters)

ok before everyone in the forum starts saying that pokemon keep getting stupid looking with every gen just remember that origeneraly pokemon was made for 10 - 12 year olds after school and then other people of other ages started liking it or grew up with it like us. the designs are just becoming more realistic than they used to be so that kids can reconizes the pokemon for their basic structure. like infernape is soposed to be a monkey. torterra is a land tortois. totadile is a alligater/crocodile. and other examples thereof. opinions are well and dandy but pokemon is pokemon they all have good traits and they all have bad traits. I mean have any of you actually trained all 493 pokemon to lv. 100. sure some are extremely powerful but beating the strong one with a team of lv. 100 caterpies kakunas and others of the like is something that can be a good experience.
