This looks interesting. What's the difference between counterattacking and dodging+attacking? Also, I think waiting should decrease its evasiveness and increase the attacker's critical hit ratio.

Dodge/Attacking avoids the blow entirely, While Counterattacking turns the blow against the opponent.
