I loe the idea of more strategy in battles, but perhaps yu could have battle type in different servers?  (I.E. You could name them then in parenthesis put battle type)

Ex.-
Server 1 (Classic)
Server 2 (Mod.)
Server 3 (No Swap) ...etc
