how about a place where after you defeat all the hard trainers [gym leaders, red, elite four, rivals,] you can battle them with others or by yourself. there could be differences like different pokemon or how much money you can get or you just make them all have lvl 100 with high stats.
-
Basically, a building whose contents are powerful trainers. I'm sure one of those was going to be in the game.
Maybe I missed something. If so, please elaborate.

Anyone been to The Survival Area In Platinum? Buck's House..... sounds exactly like that.
Yes, Good Idea, In PU, Maybe
-
Do you remember the conversation about 'ghosts', created from to real players.
I think that was discussed with trainer cards, and if we should exchange them.
Maybe there should be something like battle plalace filled with ghosts of real trainers with same teams and tactics as real ones, you could teake on.
But I like the idea of ultra strong trainers, maybe there could be gym leaders and rival and elite, wich you have beaten, waiting for payback (with Payback :P), at some place called repeat lounge, of battle lounge,... or something like that.
-
How about Memory Lounge?
-
I really like the name ^^
-
^///^ Thanks! Objections to the Idea? *Crickets* Okay then!....
-
Sounds nice;
but i can't even beat the E4 reMatch in Pokemon Soul Silver :'(
-
Hm...
I like the idea - but they'd have to add quite a bit of detail... Such as:
-Will it contain all "harder" trainers, or just Gym leaders, Elites and such?
-When can you reach this "Battle palace/house/etc"?
-How much would their Pokemon grow by the time you reach it?
-How much would they grow each time you defeat them and move on?
-How many times can you go back?
-Does it cost anything or require anything to get in?
And even more...
I don't know if I'd be too happy with the option to run through as many times as you want without some sort of requirement (and one that's not too easy). Because if you think about it... You could run through with a decent team, with one really low level pokemon and an Exp share type item (or switch Pokemon in and out) to raise it ridiculously fast.
Anyhow, I'd like to see something like this in the game (eventually)... But I think the Dev. team has enough to worry about for now, considering all the strenuous calculations and contingencies that they'd have to do and create to make it work without the potential for wide-spread abuse.
Great idea though!

Hey Pubbs?
Have you played Platinum?

Have you played Platinum?
That's how i got my Pokemon's levels up.

The Battleground in Platinum was Limited, you had to see every pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex to get there, The Trainers had Pokemon over Lv. 60. (I think it should've been 70s or 80s even.) There were like 4-5 Trainers there, and you could only fight them once a day.
Our Idea is Based on that Pubbs.

The ability to change the DS Clock whould've helped, No?
:D
But, yeh, maybe being able to battle random GLs/E4s each day might give you some training at High Levels :)
-
Ah....
See, I've never played Platinum, and haven't even heard of the battle ground. (Obviously I wouldn't know what it took to get in.) I had assumed it was something similar to "beat these people, go here, get this thingy, go back there and walk in." (>.<)
But if it took that long to get into it in Platinum, I guess the same would go for PU, and at that point in Platinum I'm assuming there's not much for you to do to actually keep leveling and growing... I don't know, maybe I just have to experience it myself, haha.
I'd better go get Platinum... I still think it'd be a good idea (with certain requirements).

Thanks for the info... There always seems to be something else I didn't know!

I think to make it a bit more challenging, the level of the strongest pokemon of your foe should be the same as the highest leveled pokemon you have in your party.

No this doesn't work. It just makes as if you didn't change anything about the clock of the DS. Worse, say, you battled them yesterday, and you change your clock today, it would be as if it were yesterday, that is you won't be able to battle them today.
