Could you make one that has haxorus Volcarona conkledurr and meowth and it say meowth 2126 "this is all I need"

It may seem obvious, but can you make one with Houndoom, breathing fire, with a black/dark blue/smoke grey coloring. Name: cortexjs, saying: When the fire burns, it consumes you.
