Title: Waiting Time (PvP related)

is there a waiting/choosing time limit?, if not I think there should be for PvP because I don't want my opponent to go afk while we are battling. I say there should be a 20-30 secs time limit on choosing your move.

I'm pretty sure that this has been discussed eslewhere (not in its own topic), but in all honesty I couldn't find it :P. The general consensus was that, yes there should be a time limit in which the player has to make a move (Attack or use an item) in PVP. I don't think a specific time was agreed on. Also it has not yet been implemented in the client yet.
