So I was thinking there are probably a lot of you guys out there who needs some help in creating a team, even if its a long way to go until PU is released, I find that planning and tinkering with your team has no time limit, there is always work to be done!
So what am I here to help you with?

gammel i dont get it are those acuall teams you are changeing for the game or just your fav team.
Thats a semi-casual team, with some favorites thrown in there as well as some OU pokes, its one of the many teams im using on smogon atm Its not for competitive battling or anything. Edit: Oh I might add I copied it from a forum I posted this on a year ago or so.

I dont so much go for the type of Pokemon, I go for a certain overall feel in my teams, at least when im not competing and just looking for some wifi fun

This cannot be a legendary pokemon, example: Jirachi. Some candidates for this could be Aggron, Metagross, and Skarmory. I have chosen none of these. My selection is steelix because his defense is off the charts, 2nd only to shuckle.Another reason for this pick is when in battle, STEELIX can use screech which lowers the oponents defense, making it easier for STEELIX to defeat the opponent with earthquake, double-edge, or iron tail.Lastly, steel is in his name, therefore making him the clear winner.
Steelix's shortcomings are its low Special Defense and Speed, as well as a really shallow movepool... IMO I would have to say Metagross. Its a very awesome poke, great typing, a great many sets you can use.

Cool, I like the idea. And since trainers already have the Pokemon you cant catch them, maybe the 5star bit you are talking about would only be players from the top 1-10 in certain tournaments.

Doubt it.
What you're referring to are GMs (Game Masters). Every MMO has them and they're far from "players" as you are portraying here.
GMs won't be "just "anybody, their hand picked and often do more mitigating than actually playing. I'm sure most of the current PU team will be GMs and they might get others later. Either way, GM teams usually aren't very large even for huge games.
And thats why, like any MMO... You will have to wait for houres even days to get the help you need, just to complete the MMO feeling
